JJ’s Mastery Program

The Mastery Program is available only to clients who have successfully completed my VIP Program. The duration of the Mastery Program is 12 months. The purpose of the Mastery Program is to provide you with ongoing support, testing and accountability so that you build upon the progress that you made in the VIP program, and to ensure that you don’t slip back!

The Mastery Program Includes:

• Comprehensive Metabolic Profile (organic acids, fatty acids, IgG food sensitivities)
• Amino Acid 11 bloodspot test
• Adrenal Salivary Plus Test (also includes testing for gluten sensitivity)
• 10% off all supplements and nutritional products*
• Continued access to the private Fast Track program website
• Monthly coaching call with JJ
• Email access to JJ for brief questions and check in (weight and habit tracking)
• 4 weeks of Intensive Coaching with JJ – daily email, weekly call, to be used when needed
• Two comprehensive lab reviews
• Two 30 minute calls as needed

Continued accountability, follow-up and course correction are essential components of a successful long-term weight loss strategy. I have found that too often clients fall off the wagon when left on their own, even after making great progress during their initial program.
