Try making a tasty Thai Chicken Salad. Use a cup of romaine lettuce, a cup of shredded cabbage, add one cup chopped cooked chicken, 1?4 cup julienned carrots, teaspoon of cilantro, TBSP of unsalted slivered almonds, 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers, a splash of low-sodium teriyaki sauce, 1 tbsp of sesame oil and 1 tablespoons of lime juice.
